Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on Dargslan are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
1. Digital Products - No Refunds
All products sold on Dargslan are digital goods, including but not limited to eBooks, digital guides, source code, and other downloadable materials. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds.
Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is provided, the transaction is considered complete and final. Digital products cannot be "returned" as physical goods can, as there is no way to verify that the customer has deleted all copies of the downloaded files.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available.
2. EU Consumer Rights - Digital Content Exception
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Article 16(m) provides an exception for digital content:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
- This applies when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent
- The consumer must acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins
By purchasing digital products on Dargslan, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract
- Acknowledge that you will receive instant access to digital content
- Understand and accept that you forfeit your right of withdrawal
3. Pre-Purchase Recommendations
Since all sales are final, we strongly recommend that you:
- Read the complete product description before purchasing
- Review the table of contents if available on the product page
- Check system requirements and file formats (PDF, EPUB) for compatibility
- Download any free samples if provided
- Contact us with questions before making a purchase if you are unsure
- Verify your email address is correct for delivery of download links
We provide detailed product descriptions, format information, and page counts to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital products, we may consider assistance in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Delivery Failure: If our system fails to deliver the download link and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- Duplicate Charge: If you were incorrectly charged multiple times for the same product (verified through our payment system)
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove fraudulent use of your payment method (requires formal documentation)
These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Even in these cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a monetary refund.
5. What We Do NOT Refund
To be absolutely clear, we do NOT provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with content quality or style
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Purchasing the wrong product or format
- Claiming the product is "not what you expected"
- Not having time to read or use the product
- Technical issues on your device (incompatible software, outdated readers)
- Inability to download due to your internet connection
- Already owning a similar product
- Price changes after your purchase
- Promotional or discounted purchases
- Bundle or package purchases
- Gift card purchases
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is a serious matter:
- We maintain detailed records of all transactions, download access, and customer communications
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full documentation
- Customers who file illegitimate chargebacks will be permanently banned from our platform
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes

7. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased on Dargslan are:
- Non-refundable once purchased
- Non-transferable for cash value
- Valid for the period specified at the time of purchase
- Subject to our Terms of Service
8. Bundles and Packages
For bundle or package purchases:
- No partial refunds are available
- The entire bundle is considered a single purchase
- Accessing any item in the bundle confirms receipt of the entire package
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
